There is no filler or bond that restores a ceramic cooking surface, and anything that appears to work cosmetically does nothing for the electrical barrier, which is the part that matters. ### Can I use the zones on the other side? No. Please switch it off at the breaker and leave it off. The surface is what keeps liquids away from live components underneath, and a crack anywhere in it means that barrier is broken. Cracks also run — the one you can live with today is longer next month. ### It cracked and nothing hit it.
