## KitchenAid repair in Miami, read before it is opened.

We are an independent repair company covering the whole KitchenAid kitchen — dishwashers, refrigeration, ice makers, wine cellars, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves and hoods — and the washers and dryers this maker no longer builds. You get an on-site diagnosis, the work and the price in writing before anything is opened, and a fair chance of being told you do not need us.

325 — conditions decoded on this site

59 — cities and neighborhoods

12 — appliance types we repair

OEM — parts available on order

## Twelve appliance types — the widest list on any site we run.

Dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, wine cellars, ranges, cooktops, wall ovens, microwaves and range hoods. And washing machines and dryers, which this maker stopped building and which are still in South Florida laundry rooms. Start with whichever one is misbehaving.

## The climate is part of the diagnosis.

Hard water

Humidity

Outages

Heat

## F2E1 is two numbers, and the second one is the half nobody reads.

The F names the function that reported and the E names what it reported, so F2E1 and F2E0 are neighbors and F1E1 is a stranger to both. Read the four characters as one token and you are looking up somebody else's problem.

<strong>325 conditions across 180 numbers, every one read from the manufacturer's own support base.</strong> 106 of those numbers appear on more than one appliance and mean something different on each, which is why the machine is in every title. And on 267 of the 325 the entire published instruction is a one-minute cycle at the breaker — those pages say what that actually is: a test, not a repair.

## Four steps, and you approve the third one

You tell us the model and what it is doing

We come with the parts that problem usually needs

Diagnosis on site, then the scope and the price in writing

The work, and a warranty on it

## A figure against every job, and no final number over the phone

The same symptom has several ordinary causes that sit hundreds of dollars apart, and only the appliance settles which is yours. Every figure here is a starting point for this equipment in South Florida.

Exact cost is confirmed after an on-site diagnostic, and the scope and the figure are in writing before anything is opened.

Diagnostic visit — Credited toward the repair when you go ahead. If you do not, you pay this and nothing else.

Dishwasher drain and pump repair — A good share of these end at the filter, the air gap or the disposal plug — outside the machine.

Refrigerator defrost and cooling repair — A warm fresh-food side with a cold freezer is airflow far more often than refrigerant.

Oven heat and sensor repair — The sensor drifts before it fails, and an element is the other half of the same complaint.

Microwave magnetron and high-voltage repair — Runs but does not heat. Not an owner repair — the capacitor holds a charge after unplugging.

Dryer vent cleaning — The whole run to the flap outside. The cheapest visit on this site and the one that prevents the most.

## Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, end to end

Fifty-nine cities and neighborhoods, each with a page saying what we see there. Tell us where you are when you book and we will tell you the earliest slot we can genuinely keep.

## Tell us the model and what it is doing.

You will have the scope and the price in writing before anything is opened.

## The questions we are asked first

Are you a KitchenAid service center? — No, and we will not say we are. We are an independent repair company, not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any manufacturer, and we do not carry out repairs on any manufacturer's behalf. What we do carry is our own warranty on the work we performed and the parts we fitted, and OEM parts are available on order.

What does a visit cost? — The diagnostic starts at $95 and comes off the bill when you go ahead with the repair. If you decide not to, you pay the diagnostic and nothing else, and you leave knowing what is wrong. We do not quote a final price before seeing the appliance, because the same symptom has causes hundreds of dollars apart.

My display shows a code. Can you tell me over the phone? — We can narrow it a long way, and it is worth the call. These codes are two-part — the F names the system that reported and the E names what it reported — so the whole code matters, both letters and both digits. On a dishwasher with no display, count both bursts of the Clean light before you cancel anything.

Do you repair KitchenAid washers and dryers? — Yes. The maker stopped selling laundry in the United States, but the machines are still here and most of what fails on them is shared with other badges from the same corporate group, so parts are commonly still available. Cosmetic parts are the hard ones. We tell you which side of that line your repair is on before ordering anything.

How soon can somebody come? — Tell us where you are and what the appliance is doing, and we will come back with the earliest slot we can genuinely keep rather than the earliest one that sounds good. Same-day happens where the schedule allows and we would rather say tomorrow and mean it.

Do you repair the stand mixer? — No — and it is the most common question this name attracts. This site is about the major appliances: dishwashers, refrigeration, ice, wine, cooking, ventilation and laundry. Countertop machines are somebody else's work and we would rather say so than take the booking.
